About MaxBeautifulDesigns
MaxBeautifulDesigns is a small shop for printables and spreadsheets: learning pages and games for kids, planners and trackers for home and life, spreadsheets for money and work, and activity packs for holidays and parties. Everything is a digital download in US Letter and A4.
Who is behind the shop
The shop is run by Maximilian Kuchlbauer in Neuötting, Germany. He decides on every product and is responsible for every page, file and guide on this site. The same printables are also sold in our Etsy shop, where the kids learning printables are available in English, Spanish and French.
How every file is checked
- Each printable ships in both paper sizes, US Letter for the USA, Canada and Mexico and A4 for most other countries.
- Before a printable is released, an automated print check measures every page: exact paper size, at least 10 mm of free margin on every side so home printers do not cut anything off, only embedded fonts, and content that sits balanced on the page.
- Spreadsheets are .xlsx files that open in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers and LibreOffice.
- If a file does not work, write to us: you get a working file or your money back (a voluntary promise on top of your statutory rights).
How we use AI tools
We say openly where AI helps. Some illustrations were created with the help of AI image tools, then selected, edited and laid out by us. Some texts were drafted with AI writing assistance and then reviewed and edited by us. Page design, layout and the final checks are our own work.
Guides
The guides on this site are published under Maximilian Kuchlbauer's name and responsibility. They work on their own; where one of our printables saves time, the guide says which.
