1. What you may do
- Use the files you bought for personal use and print them as often as you like, for yourself, your family and your household.
- For kids and classroom products: print and use them for your own class or learning group (one teacher and their own students, also when homeschooling your own children). Further teachers, schools or institutions each need their own purchase.
- Hand out printouts within your household or your class or learning group. Teaching a teacher's own class or learning group is not commercial use within the meaning of these terms. One to one tutoring with printouts for your own students is allowed; selling or passing on files is not.
- Have the printouts made at a copy shop or online print service for your own use.
- Show photos of your printed and completed pages (for example in a review or on social media), as long as you do not pass on the files themselves and do not offer complete pages for download.
2. What is not allowed
- Reselling, passing on, lending, uploading or sharing the files or parts of them, also free of charge, also on file-sharing networks, teacher marketplaces, in cloud folders, chat groups or forums that are open to third parties.
- Using the files, pages, illustrations or the character Ollie in your own products, repackaging, editing and redistributing them, or using them as a template for competing products.
- Commercial use (for example selling printouts or files, passing the files on to course participants, advertising or products; your own teaching and one to one tutoring under section 1 are allowed), unless the product page expressly allows it. No product currently allows commercial use.
- The files may not be used or made available for the training or fine-tuning of AI models or for building datasets.
- Removing or changing copyright, trademark or origin notices.
3. Scope and rights
With your purchase you receive a simple (non-exclusive), non-transferable, non-sublicensable right of use for the purposes named above, without a time limit. All other rights, in particular the copyright in texts, layouts and illustrations and the rights in the character Ollie, remain with Maximilian Kuchlbauer. The license applies to the buyer and not to third parties. In the event of a material breach of these terms we may withdraw the right of use after a prior formal warning with a reasonable deadline; statutory claims, including claims for injunctive relief and damages, remain reserved. Mandatory statutory limitations of copyright remain unaffected. Rights for defects and liability are governed exclusively by Sections 8 and 9 of the Terms of sale; these license terms contain no deviating provision.
