Terms of sale and withdrawal instruction
Last updated: 24 October 2026
1. Scope and provider
These terms apply to all purchases of digital downloads (printable PDF files, spreadsheets in XLSX format and ZIP packages) on this website. The provider and seller is Maximilian Kuchlbauer, trading as MaxBeautifulDesigns, Flurstr. 1, 84524 Neuötting, Germany, email hello
2. Contracting party, payment processing by Link
Payment is processed with Stripe Managed Payments. According to Stripe's terms, the Stripe company Sold through Link, LLC ("Link") acts as merchant of record for the payment. Link is shown to you as the merchant on the payment page, on the receipt and on your account statement (for example "LINK.COM*..."), collects and remits VAT or sales tax, sends payment receipts and invoices, and helps with payment questions and refunds. The seller of the products, responsible for content, quality, delivery and your rights under this contract, remains the provider named in Section 1. The terms of Stripe and Link also apply to the payment (link.com/terms); your statutory rights against us remain unaffected.
3. Conclusion of the contract
The presentation of the products on the website is not a binding offer. You make a binding offer by clicking the button "Buy now" on the product page or in the cart, after you have made the required declarations (Section 6). You then make the payment on the Stripe payment page. If no payment is made, no contract is concluded. We accept the offer by making the download links available to you after successful payment (the page shown after payment). Technical steps to conclude the contract: (1) you choose one or more products and put them in the cart or order directly on the product page, (2) you make the required declarations (Section 6) and click the button "Buy now", (3) you pay on the Stripe payment page, (4) you receive the download links and a contract confirmation by email. You can identify and correct input errors before submitting the order in the cart (remove products) and on the Stripe payment page (change details); with your browser's back button you can cancel the order before paying. We send you a confirmation of receipt of the order and of the contract data by email; Link sends the payment confirmation. We do not store the contract text separately; you can view and save these terms on this page at any time, and you will find the order data in your payment receipt. The contract language is English. These terms are also available in German; the version in the language in which you place your order applies to your contract.
4. Products, delivery and download
We sell digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium. Nothing is shipped. After successful payment you receive the download links on the page to which you are redirected after payment. The links are valid for 14 days, and each file can be downloaded up to 10 times per order. With your email address you can get new links by email at any time on Find my order as long as the order record exists (permanently, see the privacy notice). Please save the files after downloading. The technical requirements (PDF reader, spreadsheet program for XLSX, unzip program for ZIP) and the scope of the products are shown on the respective product page. The products are designed for printing in the US Letter and A4 formats where stated on the product page.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are final prices in euro including statutory VAT or the sales tax or GST that is due at the buyer's location, where it applies. There are no additional shipping costs. The payment page may show the amount in your local currency and use an exchange rate for this; the final amount is shown on the payment page before payment. The payment methods are those offered on the payment page (for example card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link). The purchase price is due on conclusion of the contract.
6. Right of withdrawal for consumers
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts (instruction below).
Early expiry for digital content. Before you are sent on to Stripe, we ask you on the product page or the cart page, with a single checkbox, for your express consent that we begin performing the contract before the withdrawal period ends (making the download links available after payment), and for your acknowledgement that you are aware that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun (two sentences, one declaration). Without this declaration it is not possible to order from us. If you have made both statements, your right of withdrawal expires as soon as we have begun performance, that is, have made the download links available, and have provided you with the contract confirmation including your consent and acknowledgement on a durable medium (email) (Section 356 (6) no. 2 and Section 312f (3) of the German Civil Code). We store the text version and the time of your declaration in the order record. If you have not received the confirmation email (please check your spam folder and contact us), your right of withdrawal continues to exist.
Independently of this, Link may, under its own policies, refund orders in individual cases within 60 days and may apply regional cooling-off periods (see the Link refund policy). This does not affect your statutory rights and gives you no additional claims against us.
Withdrawal instruction
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Maximilian Kuchlbauer, Flurstr. 1, 84524 Neuötting, Germany, phone +49 170 5561499, email hello
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://
You can also fill in and submit the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement electronically on our website https://
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Early expiry (Article 246a Section 1 (3) no. 2 of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code): If you expressly agreed when ordering that we begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun, your right of withdrawal expires as soon as we have made the download links available and have sent you the contract confirmation on a durable medium (email) (Section 356 (6) no. 2 of the German Civil Code).
Additional notes (not part of the model): The reimbursement may be made through Link as payment processor. After a withdrawal you may no longer use the files. We ask you to delete any existing copies.

7. Rights of use (license)
With your purchase you receive a simple, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the files. The full text is in the License terms, which form part of these terms. In short: personal use and, for classroom products, use in your own class; no resale, no passing on or publishing of the files, no use for training AI models, no commercial use unless the product page expressly allows it.
8. Nature of the products, defects and warranty
8.1 Agreed nature of the products (all buyers)
The agreed nature of the products results from the product page (description, images, file list, formats, technical requirements) and from this section. We expressly point out the following:
- Tools, not advice. Our printable templates, spreadsheets and planners are tools. They contain no tax, legal, financial, investment, medical, therapeutic or individual educational advice and do not replace professional advice in an individual case.
- Inputs and results. Spreadsheets and fill-in templates process your inputs as described on the product page. You are responsible for your inputs, for changes you make to formulas or content, for checking the results and for decisions you base on them. If a file calculates or works incorrectly contrary to the product description, that is a defect (see 8.2 and 8.3).
- Print result. We supply files that print correctly in the paper sizes named on the product page (US Letter and A4) with the right settings (for example "Actual size" instead of "Fit to page"). Colour, size, sharpness and margins of the printout depend on printer, ink or toner, paper and print settings, and screen colours differ from printed colours. We do not owe a particular result on your device.
- Learning outcome. We supply learning material. A particular learning, development or therapy outcome is not owed; it depends on many circumstances outside the files. Age information is a recommendation.
- Compatibility. What is owed is usability with the programs and formats named on the product page (PDF reader, spreadsheet program for XLSX, unzip program for ZIP). We owe use with other or outdated software, or in programs that do not support individual functions, only where the product page states it.
- Your own backups. Please back up downloaded files and your own entries regularly yourself, for example on your device and on a second storage medium.
- No guarantee without a declaration. We give a guarantee only if we expressly call it a guarantee.
These notes describe the products; they do not limit your statutory rights in the event of defects. We do not deviate from the statutory objective requirements for digital products. We would agree such a deviation with consumers only if we expressly informed you of it before the order and the deviation were expressly and separately agreed (Section 327h of the German Civil Code); that is not the case in these terms.
8.2 Rights in the event of defects
The statutory rights in the event of defects apply, for consumer contracts for digital products in particular Sections 327 et seq. of the German Civil Code. If a file does not open or is faulty, please write to us with your order number at hello
8.3 In addition, for businesses only
The following provisions apply only if the buyer, when buying, acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity (business, Section 14 of the German Civil Code). In case of doubt we treat the buyer as a consumer. They do not apply to consumers.
- Inspection and notice of defects. The business inspects the files without undue delay after the download for completeness, readability and function (for printable files, a test print of one page is sufficient) and gives notice of obvious defects within 14 days of the download in text form (email is sufficient); it gives notice of hidden defects without undue delay, at the latest 14 days after their discovery. Timely dispatch of the notice is sufficient. Otherwise the file is deemed approved with regard to that defect, unless the defect was not recognisable during the inspection and notice is given in time after its discovery. This does not apply if we fraudulently concealed the defect, nor to claims under Section 9.1 paragraph 1. This corresponds to the rule in Section 377 of the German Commercial Code.
- Subsequent performance. Subsequent performance is made, at our choice, by providing a corrected or new file. If subsequent performance has failed (after the second unsuccessful attempt, unless the nature of the item or of the defect indicates otherwise), the business may reduce the purchase price or withdraw from the contract in accordance with the statutory provisions.
- Limitation period. Claims of the business for defects become time-barred 12 months after the file is made available for download. This does not apply to claims for damages in the cases of Section 9.1 paragraph 1, nor where we fraudulently concealed a defect or gave a guarantee, nor to recourse claims under Section 327u of the German Civil Code. The statutory periods apply to these.
8.4 Voluntary promise for file problems (all buyers)
Voluntary promise for file problems: if a file does not work and we cannot fix the error, we refund the purchase price to you on request. This voluntary promise applies in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit them. It is not a guarantee within the meaning of Section 443 of the German Civil Code and gives no claim beyond the refund of the purchase price.
9. Liability
9.1 Liability towards all buyers
- Unlimited liability. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence (including that of our legal representatives and vicarious agents), for injury to life, body or health, under the German Product Liability Act, for fraudulently concealed defects and to the extent that we have given a guarantee.
- Slight negligence. In the case of a slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual obligation, liability is limited to the damage that was foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded and is typical for this type of contract. Essential contractual obligations are obligations whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible at all and on whose observance you may regularly rely (here above all: making the purchased files available for download). Otherwise liability for slight negligence is excluded.
- Loss of data. Where we are liable for the loss of data under paragraph 2, liability is limited to the typical cost of restoration that would have been incurred had you backed up the data regularly and in a manner appropriate to its importance. This does not apply in the cases of paragraph 1.
- Representatives and vicarious agents. Where our liability is excluded or limited under this section, this also applies to the personal liability of our legal representatives and vicarious agents.
- Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
9.2 In addition, for businesses only
Towards businesses (Section 14 of the German Civil Code, see 8.3) the following also applies: for indirect damage, consequential damage and lost profit we are liable in cases of slight negligence only to the extent that such damage was foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded and is typical for this type of contract. The limitation period for claims for defects is governed by 8.3 paragraph 3. This paragraph does not apply to consumers.
10. Applicable law, consumer rights abroad
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not deprive them of the protection afforded to them by mandatory provisions of the law of the country of their habitual residence. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.
11. Dispute resolution, data protection
We do not take part in consumer arbitration proceedings (see the Legal notice). Information on the processing of personal data is in the Privacy notice.
