Track every gift, budget and card in one spreadsheet that updates as you tick things off.
List each person and their budget, add every gift with price and store, then tick Bought, Wrapped and Delivered as you go. Totals, status and charts update on their own, so you can see what is spent, what is left and how many days remain before Christmas. Extra sheets cover cards, food and party costs, stocking stuffers and a secret gift exchange. A blank file and a filled example file are both included.
Made for: Parents, big families, gift givers and hosts who want to stay on budget and not forget a single gift.
The secret gift exchange sheet does not draw names, you draw them yourself and type the result. Nothing is connected to your bank or a store, and prices and budgets are numbers you type. The spreadsheets are standard .xlsx files with formulas and no macros. They open in Microsoft Excel (2013 and newer), Google Sheets (File, Import, Upload), LibreOffice and Numbers.
