Plan every table in a spreadsheet, then print the cards and signs to match.
Type a table number next to each guest and the seating chart, meal counts and capacity warnings update on their own. The spreadsheet holds up to 200 guests and 30 tables, with a dashboard, a meal summary and a dietary list for your caterer. The matching PDF gives you table numbers, escort cards, place cards, reserved signs and a guest finder to display on the day.
Made for: Engaged couples, wedding planners and families planning seating for a wedding, rehearsal dinner or reception.
The seating chart shows up to 12 guests per table, and the spreadsheet supports up to 30 tables and 200 guests. The spreadsheets are standard .xlsx files with formulas and no macros. They open in Microsoft Excel (2013 and newer), Google Sheets (File, Import, Upload), LibreOffice and Numbers.
