Als Händler („merchant of record“) der Zahlung tritt nach den Bedingungen von Stripe die Stripe-Gesellschaft Sold through Link, LLC („Link“) auf; sie erhebt und führt die Umsatzsteuer ab, versendet Zahlungsbelege und unterstützt bei Zahlungsfragen. Verkäufer der digitalen Inhalte und Ihr Ansprechpartner für den Inhalt der Produkte ist der oben genannte Anbieter. Näheres steht in den Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen und in der Datenschutzerklärung.
Verbraucherstreitbeilegung
Wir sind nicht bereit und nicht verpflichtet, an Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle im Sinne des Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetzes (VSBG) teilzunehmen.
Die frühere Online-Streitbeilegungsplattform der EU (OS-Plattform) wurde im Juli 2025 eingestellt. Ein Link darauf ist daher nicht mehr erforderlich.

Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board under the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).
The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR platform) was shut down in July 2025, so a link to it is no longer required.
